Chef Bud’s Sizzlin Burgers

Alright we were on the air last night with Mosh from Monday Night Mayhem and we were talking about heatin up the summer grillin season!

Blue Burgers

Take 3-4 oz of ground round and pat into a thin burger. Place a teaspoon of Mojo’s Tapenade, A 1/4 teaspoon Papa Jack’s Buffalo Hot Sauce and 1 Tablespoon Crumbled Blue Cheese ( I prefer Stilton Blue Cheese), take another 3-4 oz Pattie and place on top of the other Pattie. Seal the edges and grill until you reach an internal temperature of 155 degrees… You may also top your stuffed Burger with additional Cheese.
